Refresher - Online MHFA online only refresher

Course Delivery Type
There are three ways courses are delivered, and you will need to choose carefully as once you pay we are unable to change this with the accrediting body.
Below you see the descriptions of each course type, and next to the title of the course, you will see how this course is delivered. Choose the delivery type you most prefer.
Face to face
You will need to attend both sessions in a training venue.
Blended
Part of this course will be in a training venue, and the other part will be online.
Online
This course is delivered 100% online

Refresher - you can only book into a refresher course if already have accreditation in MHFA. You need to do a refresher course every 3 years to keep your current accreditation.
Book your class

The MHFA Refresher course is a 4 hour course which allows you to keep your accreditation for a further 3 years. You need to have completed and been accredited in a 12 or 14 hour Mental Health First Aid Course.

As with all MHFA courses, the content is based on guidelines provided by expert consensus of mental health professionals and people who have a lived experience of mental health problems.
