It is ideal for the majority of workplaces or individuals who want a good understanding of all the common mental health issues, how to spot the signs and symptoms, how to approach a person to talk about their mental health issues and where to go for support and additional help. This course covers all the same material as our benchmark MHFA course but is delivered by a mix of online and face to face training. It is perfect for the workplace or individual with limited time to spend away from work. The course consists of approximately 8-hours of self-paced online learning followed by 4-hours of face to face learning which covers the practical aspects of the course.

This 14-hour AMHFA Course teaches Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander adults (18 years and over) how to provide Mental Health First Aid to friends and family. This course has been culturally adapted for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and is taught by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Instructors. The course teaches first aid skills for helping indigenous people experiencing a mental health crisis, mental health problems or the early stages of mental illness.

The Blended Online Mental Health First Aid Tertiary Course will teach you how to provide initial support to fellow students who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves, using a practical, evidence based Action Plan.

Engaging leaders is a 90-minute short course designed to update and educate company leaders, directors CEOs, Partners etc on how the Mental Health First Aid program works, its outcomes and effects on the workforce. The course covers a basic outline of the MHFA program and how it is being implemented in the organisation, what it achieves and why it's proving so valuable to companies. The course also includes a practical guide to how managers and leaders can help to support and create a mentally healthy workforce.

This is a short, 4-hour course that is ideal for caregivers, parents and family of those living with or working with people who are having suicidal thoughts.
