This course is delivered 100% online
MHFA also known as Standard Mental Health First Aid is the benchmark first aid course for mental health. It is ideal for the majority of workplaces or individuals who want a good understanding of all the common mental health issues, how to spot the signs and symptoms, how to approach a person to talk about their mental health issues and where to go for support and additional help. The course is a 12-hour face to face course.

This course covers all the same material as our benchmark MHFA course but is delivered by a mix of online and face to face training. It is perfect for the workplace or individual with limited time to spend away from work. The course consists of approximately 8-hours of self-paced online learning followed by 4-hours of face to face learning which covers the practical aspects of the course.
